- When paying for rooms and services by using ICBC debit/credit cards, the cardholders can receive up to 20% discount with the following conditions:

- The cardholders can make a reservation via e-mail by sending an e-mail to USMKS.reservations@conradhotels.com or via telephone at 077-915-888 and inform the discount code AWICB1 (for classic and gold cardholders) or AWICB2 (for platinum and all other higher status cardholders).
- This promotion is valid from 15 September 2020 to 31 December 2021.
- This promotion can only be used at Conrad Koh Samui Hotel.
- The hotel reserves the right with respect to reservation depending on availability of the hotel’s rooms at the time of reservation.
- The discount under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other loyalty programs or other discounts of the hotel.
- The hotel and ICBC (Thai) reserve the right to change any terms and conditions and benefits of the promotion with a prior notice to the customer. In case of any disagreement or dispute, Conrad Koh Samui’s and the Bank’s decision will be deemed final.
